Callaway's Terry Godwin commits to UGA

Posted: Updated:
LaGRANGE, Ga. - Callaway High School's Terry Godwin has committed to play football at UGA.

He has one more season to play at Callaway. He is considered an athlete by recruiting experts. He could be a receiver or defensive back.

As Callaway proved, he is the kind of guy that thrives with the ball in his hands. Godwin led Callaway to the state semifinals last season.

He posted on Twitter that he is excited to be a Georgia Bulldog. He even tweeted at other high school recruits to try to get them to join him at UGA.

In one tweet, he asked Carver High's Mekhi Brown to "change to the G." Brown is currently committed to play at Alabama.
