Posted: Updated:
U.S. - A charity auction for a date with George Clooney is raking in the dough.

So far the auction has raised more than $500,000.

One lucky winner will go backstage with the star at the Late Show with David Letterman then walk the red carpet at The Monuments Men world premiere in New York City February 3rd.

It only costs a $10 donation to enter the contest.  The money supports the Satellite Sentinel Project which works to deter war crimes.
