FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Fayetteville police said four more people have been charged in relation with two shooting deaths last week at the Cambridge Arms Apartments complex.

Albert Jackson Jr., 19, of Seawall Street in Fayetteville, Michael Williams, 24, of Lewis Clark Drive in Hope Mills, Kire McNeil, 17, of Turret Court in Hope Mills, and a juvenile have each been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and one count of conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

The charges stem from the shooting deaths of Isaiah Sampeur and Pamela Ann Coe. Both were found dead inside an apartment at the Barcelona Drive complex on Jan. 20, police said.

Jackson, Williams and McNeil are being held without bond in the Cumberland County jail.

The juvenile was being held in a local juvenile detention center.

Rashawn Javonte Hill, 17, was arrested last week for being involved in the double homicide. He remains in jail without bond.
