DURHAM, N.C. -

A Durham man and his girlfriend are facing child abuse charges after their 3-month-old son ended up in the hospital, Durham police reported Monday.

Police are looking for Jesse Antwon Lane, 24. He is wanted on two felony counts of child abuse after Lane and his girlfriend's 3-month-old son was taken to the hospital last week with life-threatening injuries.

Lane's girlfriend, Aamber Wunique Swann, 23, was arrested Friday and placed in the Durham County Jail under a $750,000 bond.

Swann and Lane are charged each with one count of felony child abuse-serious bodily injury and one county felony child neglect.

Durham police said the baby remains in the hospital at this time.

Anyone with information on Lane's whereabouts is asked to call Detective J. Sandoval at (919) 560-4440, ext. 29461 or CrimeStoppers at (919) 683-1200.
