RUSSELL COUNTY, Ala. - A third person has been arrested in connection with the murder of 18-year-old Sayquawn Lamer Wiggins.

Ryan Desean Brown was arrested early Tuesday morning, according to a news release from the Russell County Sheriff's Office. He is being charged with conspiracy to commit capital murder, trafficking cocaine and unlawful possession of marijuana.

On Monday Russell County Sheriff Heath Taylor announced Antonio Darcet King and Santago Montrell Davis had been arrested for the murder. Both King and Brown were out on bond following a separate murder in 2013.

Wiggins was found dead outside New Hope Baptist Church in Cottonton, Ala. on January 19.
