Four University of Georgia football players have been arrested and charged with multiple counts of theft by deception.
The Athens Banner-Herald first reported the story.
Safety Tray Matthews, defensive linemen Jonathan Taylor and James DeLoach and wide receiver Uriah LeMay were all arrested and have all bonded out of the Clarke County Jail Monday night.
LeMay is facing the most charges with four. Matthews, a sophomore from Newnan, is facing three, with Taylor and DeLoach each facing two.
All three were booked into jail between 8:41 p.m. and 9:22 p.m. Monday night, and were released late that same night.
