The Georgia Bulldogs saw their season end Saturday morning with a 79-71 loss to Louisiana Tech in the second round of the National Invitation Tournament.
Georgia trailed by as much as 25-9 at one point in the first half, thanks to incredibly hot shooting. Tech went eight-for-11 from three in the first half.
The Bulldogs made runs in the second half, pulling within eight with 6:03 to play, and trailing by just four with 22 seconds left, but could get no closer.
J.J. Frazier led the Dogs with 15 points. Charles Mann added 13 and Brandon Morris had 10.
Georgia finishes the season 20-14 overall, 12-6 in the SEC.
