A Pine Mountain couple is heading to prison for preparing fraudulent tax returns.

Detrick and Natashia Tucker owned a company called T&T Express Tax in Pine Mountain. They pleaded guilty to inflating the refunds on their clients' tax returns, which amounted to over $1,000,000 in false refunds.

Natashia Tucker has been sentenced to 46 months in prison and ordered to pay nearly $1,500,000 in restitution. Detrick Tucker will spend one year and a day in prison and has to pay just over $66,000 in restitution.
