COLUMBUS, Ga. -

A man suspected of taking money from a woman at Sharks' Fish and Chicken has agreed to turn himself in.

Surveillance video from the Wynnton Road restaurant back on June 3rd shows the man watching the victim pay for her food with money from a bank envelope. After counting out the cash, she left the envelope on the counter. You can then see the man snatch the envelope once the cashier walks away.

Police tell News 3 they confronted the man outside his workplace this morning and he quickly confessed to the crime and agreed to turn himself in Thursday. His name has not been released.
