FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -

Police arrested three people Tuesday on charges of human trafficking after a woman was discovered in a Fayetteville hotel room.

Dakim Gregory, 28, Vanessa Robinson, 23, and Tiffany Lindsay, 23, were arrested on charges of human trafficking and sexual servitude.

Robinson and Lindsay are additionally charged with first-degree kidnapping, possession of cocaine and possession of MDMA.

The arrests come after officers responded to the Days Inn located at 1720 Skibo Road on Monday in reference to a reported abduction.

Police said a woman was found inside a room in the hotel who said she was being held captive through phsyical violence and verbal threats. Officers said the woman claimed she was being held against her will for the purpose of human trafficking and sexual servitude.

Gregory is being held on a $500,000 secured bond. Robinson and Lindsay are also being held on secured bonds.

Police said detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department's Special Victims Unit are investigating the incident.
