    Officials in some coastal communities and counties in North Carolina are reporting few problems after Hurricane Arthur passed through the state.

GREENVILLE, N.C. - The power is back on in homes and businesses in the Outer Banks after Hurricane Arthur knocked it out last week.

Divers inspected the Bonner Bridge to confirm there was no damage beneath the surface, and Hatteras Island was reopened Saturday afternoon.
    
Thursday into Friday morning, flooding turned some roads and parking lots into lakes.
 
Ocracoke Island opened back up to visitors on Sunday.
    
Crews had to repair dozens of polls damaged by the storm system.
    
Ferry service has also resumed and the state of emergency on the island was lifted.
