KNIGHTDALE, N.C. -

A Navy lieutenant from Knightdale posed for a photograph on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush while practicing yoga with a fellow sailor.

Lt. Alyse Dason, from Knightdale, and Lt. Diane Kruse, from Port Jefferson Station, N.Y. practiced yoga poses on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Navy said sailors participate in all forms of exercises to stay in shape and ready.

George H.W. Bush is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility
