More legal troubles for the SEC. Auburn has replaced Nick Marshall at SEC Media days after the Friday marijuana incident. CJ Uzomah will replace him.

Now, a Georgia basketball player is involved in a more severe legal incident.

Forward Brandon Morris was arrested overnight and is facing a felony marijuana charge with intent to distribute. He was arrested at 3:21 A.M. and released after paying $2,500 bond.  Morris will be a junior at UGA this upcoming season. He is one of the starters who helped lead the Dawgs to a tie for the SEC East title. Morris was also suspended for the first three games of last season for violating team rules.

An Alabama defensive lineman is also facing legal trouble. According to AL.com, junior college transfer Jarran Reed was arrested Sunday morning in Tuscaloosa and charged with DUI.

Police say reed was driving a 2011 Dodge Charger when officers saw reed back into another vehicle. Reed tried to exit the city fest parking lot when officers stopped him. He was held on a $1,000 bond.

Alabama coach Nick Saban released a statement saying that they will evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate discipline for Reed.
