Cole Trahan joined WRBL as a digital reporter in August of 2022. He previously worked as a reporter at The Valley Times-News in Lanett, Alabama.
Cole is a graduate of Columbus State University, where he worked as the managing editor of the award-winning student-run newspaper, The Saber. He has a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts.
He was born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, where he currently lives.
While Cole isn’t specialized in a particular news topic, he especially enjoys writing about science, animals and interesting people and places. He particularly enjoys writing feature stories.
In his spare time, Cole enjoys activities such as hiking, gardening, reading or listening to creepypastas and chatting with friends.
