Andouille sausage, shrimp, and linguine pasta served in a Cajun cream sauce

  • ½ lb shrimp
  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 1Qt heavy cream
  • 1 bag grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 2 andouille sausage
  • Granulated garlic
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 pack of hickory smoked bacon

How to:

  • Add ½ teaspoon of butter to a hot sauté pan
  • Add chopped andouille sausage and chopped bell peppers to sauté pan with Cajun seasoning to your taste
  • Add 1 tablespoon of water
  • Add heavy cream and grated cheddar and parmesan cheese
  • Add shrimp and a teaspoon of garlic
  • Add cooked pasta and toss
  • Plate pasta in a twirl
  • Plate shrimp with leftover sauce
  • Sprinkle cooked bacon and green onion over plate
