The Columbus Health Department joins the News 3 Midday Wellness Wednesday segment to talk about a drive-thru rabies clinic for our favorite dogs and cats. Pam Kirkland reminds residents it is Georgia law all pet owners must have their dogs and cats vaccinated for rabies. Pets must also be legally registered with the city.
