INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 1/2 cup of Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 can of cream corn
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 3 tsp of onions

STEPS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Butter your baking pan and place it in oven
  3. Add corn muffin mix in a bowl
  4. Mix in cream of corn, sour cream, eggs, oil, onions, and cheese.
  5. Take pan out of oven, then pour mix in the pan.
  6. Place the pan back in the oven for 30 minutes to cook.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
