Alabama’s economy is strong and poised for growth. That’s the message from Governor Kay Ivey. She told economic developers in Hoover Wednesday the state’s economy remains on a fast-track to success.
“Just look at the way we do business in Alabama. We’re pro-business, our taxes are in line,” says Kay Ivey.
Governor Ivey touted the recent Toyota-Mazda plant announcement in north Alabama and also successes in more rural areas as proof that the state’s economy is growing.
Governor Ivey says education, particularly in computer science is a must to maintain Alabama’s current economic muscle.
