RUSSELL COUNTY, Ala. (WRBL) — The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested two juveniles in relation to a fire at Ladonia Sports Complex on April 8.
The juveniles were charged with second-degree arson. They were taken to the Youth Detention Center in Opelika, Alabama.
