Columbus, GA – Stephen Smith and Max Eikelberry helped bring two GICAA State Championships to Calvary Christian. These two Kinghts have played on the same team since they first started learning the game of baseball, dating back to tee ball, but they will continue to wear the same uniform in college.

Thursday afternoon Stephen and Max signed their National Letter of Intent to play at Trinity Baptist College in Jacksonville, Florida. Both players are excited to take the next step in their athletic career together.

“It’s going to be a fun experience. I know that I’m going to enjoy because I love Max. Max is a great kid and I can’t wait to play baseball next to him again,” said Smith.

“I would say more than anything you feel a lot more cam there in the environment. I’m a guy who going down there somewhere new, you know, not knowing a lot people. Having Stephen there as one of my best friends is going to make it a lot more fun,” said Eikelberry.
