4 teens charged with murder in deaths of Georgia couple

CHESTER, Ga. (AP) - Four teenagers have been charged with murder in the deaths of a Georgia couple.

News outlets report 65-year-old Everett "Wendell" Williams and 60-year-old Jain Williams were found dead Wednesday at their home by a Dodge County deputy conducting a welfare check on behalf of a concerned neighbor.

A Georgia Bureau of Investigation release says 19-year-old Kojak Thomas Jr., a 17-year-old male and two 16-year-old males were arrested Wednesday on murder charges. Additional charges are expected.

Dodge County Sheriff Lynn Sheffield says the couple was robbed, with guns and a car missing. The couple was found with suspected shotgun wounds.

The release says 19-year-old Alijah Shamir Pennamon is charged with one count of theft by receiving stolen property in connection with the case.

It's unclear whether the teens have lawyers.
