We’re less than a week away from Christmas and some Fort Benning soldiers
are heading home for the holidays.
Around 200 soldiers boarded buses to the Atlanta airport early this morning so they can make it home in time for Christmas.
They were briefed last night and made sure they had the right paperwork, tickets and
identification.
Commanders told them go home, be safe, and come back in one piece.
