Georgia resident Antoine Sims, 20, was arrested in Beloit, Wis. following a “short foot chase,” by law enforcement officers on March 31. Sims was charged with “homicide, arson, and concealing the death of another,” in November, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Sims was wanted for allegedly shooting a woman on Oct. 29 during a reported drug deal in Johns Creek, Ga. before taking the “victim’s body and her vehicle to another location,” before allegedly burning the body in the car.

The Beloit Police Department reportedly became aware that Sims was at the Prairie Village Apartments in Beloit, according to information published by the Wisconsin State Journal, and the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive task force joined BPD to arrest him at that location.
