AUSTIN, Texas (AP) – Another explosion has torn through Texas’ capital city and injured two people, leading police to warn nearby residents to remain indoors as investigators try to determine if it is linked to three package bombings in Austin earlier this month. The latest blast occurred around 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the residential neighborhood of Travis Country. Though police haven’t specified what caused the blast, the police chief again warned residents not to touch unexpected packages.
