Country Radio Station Holds Radiothon to Fight Childhood Cancer

Columbus’ own Kissin’ 99.3 is hosting a radiothon to help raise money for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

The country station will be raising funds until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, to help fight and eventually end – childhood cancer.

St. Jude was founded in 1962. According to the St. Jude website, at that time, cancer was about 20% curable. Today, cancer is over 80% curable.
