Exclusive dash cam video of Fl felony suspect with a local tie arrested in Troup Co

LAGRANGE, Ga. - LAGRANGE, Ga.- Tense moments for Troup County authorities who arrested a felony suspect accused of stabbing three people in Florida.
     Quandrelle Steele was  arrested Sunday near the intersection of New Franklin and Wares Cross roads.
   Authorities say  steele is accused of stabbing three people, robbing them and others at a Bradford County home in Florida.
     Troup County deputies say Steele was with Cindy Moore at the time of the arrest a woman who is believed to be his girlfriend.
 "He has 12 charges out of Florida...three of those I believe are like an aggravated assault charge in Florida and her charges are pending in Florida..because I really don't know her relation to the crime at this point...I think hers is gonna be she knew about the crime and she fled the state  with him."- says Sgt. Stewart Smith, Troup County Sheriff's Office PIO.
     Smith also tells News Three, Steele is no stranger to breaking the law in Troup County.
"He did have a previous booking charge here in our jail in 2014. It was a theft by shoplifting charge in 2014... In that booking charge he did list a start Florida address...there was not a Lagrange address."- says Smith.
     Troup County investigators say it's still not clear what the brought Steele and the woman to the Valley.
     When it comes to the victims all three were hospitalized as a result of their injuries.
