FBI asks for help in finding Woodbury bank robber

Local News

The FBI is asking for the public’s help in finding the suspects wanted in connection with a June bank robbery.

The robbery happened at the United Bank in Woodbury on June 28. Officials say three people were involved: two of whom were armed with handguns, and the third armed with an AR-15 Rifle.

Officials say all three went into the bank and forced employees to get on the floor at gunpoint.

The suspects made off with some cash. 26-year-old Derrick Scott, of Augusta, and 29-year-old Antavious Bray, of Greenville, were found and arrested.

Police don’t know the name of the third suspect who took off in a getaway car. Authorities say a fourth person may also be involved. The car is described as a 2007 Black Chevrolet Impala.

The bank is offering a $10,000.00 reward for information which leads to an arrest.
