In court, the attorney for Caulton was not present. the judge postponed his hearing to Tuesday at 9 a.m. Meanwhile, Pride had pled not guilty to the shooting death of Derrick Scott. According to police, there was an attempted robbery at the Sands Apartments. Several people were inside the unit when a gunfight erupted. Homicide says there is survelliance of the suspects, but theres no concrete evidence on who pulled the trigger.

“It’s really too early to tell I mean certaintly the judge had proable cause but clearly that’s not close enough for a conviction so at this time I just really don’t have an opinion about that,” says angela Dillon Defense Attorney.

Both Pride and Caulton will remain in the Muscogee County jail.
