HARRIS COUNTY, Ga. (WRBL)— The Harris County School District has officially marked their first day of the 2023-34 school year Tuesday, Aug. 8.
WRBL sat down with Superintendent Roger Couch ahead of the fall semester to learn more about the district’s retention of Harris County graduates, preparations for the school year, and some key resources and programs offered.
