Officials are investigating two people found dead inside a home located in southeast Columbus.
Officials say it looks like the 68-year-old woman died of natural causes, and the 48-year-old man died of an apparent suicide.
“Neither one of them will go in for an autopsy,” said Muscogee County Deputy Coroner Charles Newton.
The woman was found in the bedroom and pronounced dead Tuesday at 1:05 p.m. and the man was found in a vehicle in the garage and pronounced dead at 1:30 p.m., said Newton.
Newton says investigators are on the scene.
