An Opelika man was one of several Alabamians sentenced after he plead guilty to unemployment fraud.
An investigation from the Alabama Department of Labor says Joseph C. Moore received more than $1,800 in benefits he wasn’t entitled to.
He received a 180-day suspended jail sentence and was ordered to pay restitution.
