The Tornado Relief Drive has passed $60,000 in total donations from our two locations.

Thank you to our generous community for the continuing effort to help out our neighbors in east Alabama and up the road in Ellerslie and Talbotton.

You still have time Thursday to donate and the locations are:

  • In Columbus, the drive-thru drop-off location will be in the parking lot of Sam’s Club, located at 5448 A Whittlesey Blvd. Donations will be accepted between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST.
  • In Opelika, the event will take part at Kroger, located in the Tiger Town Shopping Center at 2460 Enterprise Dr. Donations will be accepted there between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. CST.

News 3 and PMB will broadcast live from both locations throughout the day, sharing the stories of the people impacted by the tornadoes as well as those of the first responders who continue to provide help and support to the victims and their families.

For donors who cannot make it out to either location, both WRBL and PMB are accepting online donations as well:
