COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) —Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone is having a great week so far!

In this week’s Workout Wednesday, trainers at Wright Way Fitness LLC of Columbus, helped us with our fitness goals by using a tire.

To do this exercise, you squat down, pick up the tire by keeping your back nice and straight, push it over, and then when it lands you’ve accomplished your goal.
