Man killed at house party on Hodges Drive


COLUMBUS, Ga. — Columbus Police are on the hunt for the person responsible for gunning down a man at a house party.

Police say an argument turned deadly on Hodges Drive, shortly before 3 a.m. Muscogee County Chief Deputy Coroner Freeman Worley confirmed to News 3 that Richard Collier died at the house at 2:53 a.m. EDT.

Officers say Collier, 24, was shot in the chest. His body is being taken to Atlanta for an autopsy.
