MAPLE GLEN, Penn. (KRON/CNN) – $750,000 can go a long way depending on where you’re willing to settle down.

Take the Bay Area for example.

In San Francisco, $750,000 is quite a budget, but it isn’t impossible finding something in that price range.

Take this 639-sq. ft 1 bed/1bath on McAllister St. listed at $749,000. That’s about $1,172 per sq. ft.

Now let’s take the money and head on over to Maple Glen, a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

For $750,000 you can get a 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom colonial brick home complete with a basement reminiscent of something seen in a popular erotic novel and movie.

That’s right!

Realtor Melissa Leonard, who gained attention after posting a photo of the listing dubbed “50 Shades of Maple Glen,” says the basement is listed as the fifth bedroom, which “can be converted back to a typical suburban basement.”

It looks like a normal suburban home, but this house has some very unique features that have caused it to go viral in less than 24 hours.

“Beautiful kitchen, beautiful family room, nice secluded lot, but then you come into the basement and there’s this little private playground,” Leonard said.

You could also call it a sexual oasis.

That’s what the realtor, Melissa Leonard, dubbed the home located at 1612 Norristown Road online.

Leonard is hoping to sell the fully-furnished home that includes an adult playground in the basement.

But after listing the home online – it went viral in just a matter of hours.

“We upload our pictures to Bright MLS, which is multiple listing services and they have decided the pictures of the basement and some of the write-ups were inappropriate, so they took down some of my pictures and redid the write-up,” said Leonard.

And as quickly as the listing went viral is just how quickly at least two real estate sites took down the listing.

“I think that it should be portrayed the way it is. I think that someone calling and not seeing it the way it is is not understanding and I don’t want someone to come here and be upset by it,” said Leonard.

Keep in mind the basement can be converted back – if the adult den doesn’t tickle your fancy. But the realtor says you’ll need to act fast.

“We’ve had probably six showings today and we have about 15 for the weekend,” said Leonard.
