INGREDIENTS:
- Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic (minced)
- Lemon Juice
- Soy Sauce
STEPS:
- Pour 1/2 cup of honey in bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
- Add 2 tbsp. lemon juice and mince garlic.
- Pour shrimp in to mixture and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat your pan to medium heat and add 2 tbsp of butter to pan.
- Pour shrimp and mixture in pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side of shrimp.
- Pour in to bowl and let cool for 5 minutes, Enjoy!
