COLUMBUS, Ga. – A local symposium brought billionaire business leaders and hundreds of people to the Fountain City.
The second annual Bob Wright Symposium took place at the Columbus Convention and Trade Center. There were several high power figures in the entertainment and business industries that gave insight on their career journeys.

The symposium on business empowerment is designed to expose members of our community to successful entrepreneurs who are industry trailblazers and respected leaders within their fields.
The Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce was one of the event sponsors.
The event was moderated by Byron Pitts, Anchor & Chief Correspondent at ABC News.
Mellody Hobson the President of Ariel Investments and Chair of the Board, DreamWorks Animation was one of the keynote speakers.
The purpose of the symposium is to spark interest and provide insight to local entrepreneurs.
The symposium was sold out and there will be another one next year.
