Woman arrested who lead officers on Tuesday’s high-speed chase


PHENIX CITY, Ala. – A woman has been arrested who was involved in a high-speed chase that occurred Tuesday morning.

Phenix City Police Department with members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Ieshia Lockett at a hotel on US Highway 280 in Phenix City.

Lockett was arrested on three felony warrants for theft of property 1st degree and two misdemeanor warrants for fleeing and eluding law enforcement and reckless endangerment for the high-speed pursuit she led officers on.
