INGREDIENTS:

  • Two Avocados, sliced in wedges
  • 1 cup all- purpose flour
  • One Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 Eggs, beaten 
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Sprinkle the avocado wedges with Kosher salt.
  2. Lightly cover the salted avocado slices in flour, tap off any extra flour.
  3. Dredge floured wedges through egg mixture, then roll in Panko bread crumbs.
  4. Cook the avocado slices in an air fryer at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
  5. Salt to taste.
