Our Kitchen


  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, grilled
  • Unsalted Butter, 1/2 stick
  • Diced Yellow Onion, 2 ounces
  • Grilled Chicken
  • Salt, pinch
  • Pepper, pinch
  • Fresh Mushrooms, 1/2 cup sliced
  • Marsala Sauce
  • Parsley


  1. In a large saute’ pan, melt unsalted butter.  
  2. To the butter, add diced onion, cook until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, marsala sauce, and salt and pepper, to taste. Reduce mixture down to thicken.  
  4. Pour over grilled chicken breast.  
  5. Garnish with parsley.
