- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, grilled
- Unsalted Butter, 1/2 stick
- Diced Yellow Onion, 2 ounces
- Grilled Chicken
- Salt, pinch
- Pepper, pinch
- Fresh Mushrooms, 1/2 cup sliced
- Marsala Sauce
- In a large saute’ pan, melt unsalted butter.
- To the butter, add diced onion, cook until translucent.
- Add mushrooms, marsala sauce, and salt and pepper, to taste. Reduce mixture down to thicken.
- Pour over grilled chicken breast.
- Garnish with parsley.
