- To being making the sauce, melt butter in a pan.
- Add onions, garlic, white wine, and lemon juice.
- In another pan, cook chicken with olive oil.
- In the first pan, add sea salt, pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil.
- Cook goat cheese on top of the chicken.
- When ready, serve the chicken with the sun-dried tomato sauce.
