Our Kitchen


  • Corn (6 cups)
  • Olive Oil
  • Bacon 
  • Onions 
  • Green onions
  • Heavy Cream (1 1/2 cups)
  • Salt 
  • Pepper


  1. Pour Olive Oil in the cooking pan
  2. Chop up the bacon into bite size pieces 
  3. Chop up the onion
  4. Add bacon and onion to cooking pan
  5. Caramelize the onion 
  6. Render the bacon fat ( Turning the solid into a liquid) 
  7. Thinly slice the green onion to garnish on final product
  8. Add the 6 cups of corn to the cooking pan with the bacon and onion
  9. Add a couple pinches of salt and pepper.
  10. Pour 1 1/2 cups of Heavy Cream into the cooking pan
  11. Mix all the ingredients together in the cooking pan until it starts to thicken
  12. Finally pour into a bowl and top with Green onions 
  13. Eat and Enjoy!
