  1. Place jelly and dijon mustard in a pot cooked on low to melt.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon with the mix.
  4. Add olive oil and salt in a pan.
  5. Cook the salmon in the pan, then place in the broiler to avoid overcooking.
  6. Serve when ready.
