INGREDIENTS:

  • Olive Oil
  • Vidalia Onions(1/2 Cup Diced)
  • Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup (1 Can)
  • Cream of Chicken Soup (1 Can)
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup (1 Can)
  • Enchilada Sauce
  • Chicken (Diced)
  • Doritos
  • Shredded Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pour a little bit of olive oil into a heated skillet
  2. Add 1/2 a cup of vidalia diced onions and the diced green bell pepper
  3. Stir and turn down heat to medium
  4. Pour 1 can of cream of chicken and mushroom soup, 1 can of
    cream of chicken soup, and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 
  5. Stir and add enchilada sauce.
  6. Add diced chicken that is pre-baked for an hour at 350 Degrees
  7. Lay Doritos on the bottom of a casserole dish
  8. Add shredded cheese over the Doritos
  9. Add the sauce we made over the cheese
  10. Add another layer of Doritos, cheese, and sauce 
  11. Add little bit of cheese on top in the center
  12. Bake in th oven preheated at 350 Degrees for 35-40 minutes
  13. When it starts bubbling, you will know it is ready to take out of the oven
  14. Eat and enjoy!
