- ½ cup Hot Pepper Jelly
- Dijon Mustard
- Olive Oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- In a small sauce pan, melt jelly and mustard.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- In a cast iron skillet, heat olive oil.
- Brush jelly and mustard mixture on the salmon.
- Pan fry the salmon about 2-3 minutes then finish it off in the oven to desired doneness.
- Pour remaining sauce over the salmon before serving.
