INGREDIENTS:

  • Salmon
  • ½ cup Hot Pepper Jelly
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. In a small sauce pan, melt jelly and mustard.
  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  4. In a cast iron skillet, heat olive oil.
  5. Brush jelly and mustard mixture on the salmon.
  6. Pan fry the salmon about 2-3 minutes then finish it off in the oven to desired doneness.
  7. Pour remaining sauce over the salmon before serving.
