Red Wine Vinegar
Virgin Olive Oil
- Pour one-part red wine vinegar to two-parts extra virgin olive oil into mixing bowl.
- Wisk mixture until satisfied and put off to the side for later.
- Peel cucumber and cut down the middle to split in half.
- Chop cucumber into bite sized chunks.
- Chop onion to your liking.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
- Pour vinaigrette to your liking.
- Sprinkle mint on top.
