CHILTON COUNTY, Ala. – The “Go to church or the Devil will get you” sign on I-65 is back. It was spotted Thursday just off I-65 North in Chilton County.
A storm in the fall of 2016 toppled the old sign. The devil image was salvaged and then used on the new signboard.
The sign is a bit of a state landmark. It was first erected in 1988.
