COLUMBUS, Ga. — Pioneer Field held the District 8 tournament this weekend to see which teams from the Valley would be heading to the state tournament. On Sunday afternoon, there was one more deciding game between the 12 year old Northern and Peach little league teams.
Northern ended up winning 7-2 and will head to Peach Tree City for the state tournament.
