BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A Birmingham school bus driver is under investigation for allegedly keeping kids on board in the Hillman Estate Community in Southwest Birmingham.

CBS 42 reached out to Birmingham City Schools and was told the allegation is against a bus driver who did not allow students to exit the bus due to trash and was forcing them to clean up.
