Our First Alert Forecast will begin a warmer than average streak starting Thursday. The forecast will climb to sixty and above by the weekend. We will then track a developing Pacific storm system, which will bring rain into the region for your weekend.
This Pacific storm system will not tap the cold Canadian air we’ve seen from the previous weeks. In fact this system will track farther south and we’ll also watch a developing weak trough in the northern Gulf of Mexico ahead of the cold front. This front is moving into the region by late Friday but limited showers here until later Saturday afternoon.
This storm system is rather disorganized and will come iin two waves, So, Sunday’s forecast will be more scattered, than widespread. Readings will remain above average through this period and sunny, breezy, seasonally cool temperatures will follow but not the Arctic variety we’ve been so used to this winter.
